GOLDEN LATTE

1-2 CUPS Milk of Choice ~ Hazelnut, Cashew, Coconut Cream!

1 teaspoon-1 Tablespoon of Healing Turmeric Honey

Dash of Cinnamon, Cardamom or Nutmeg

+ Heat milk on the stovetop and then stir in Turmeric Honey. When fully dissolved, remove from heat & pour into blender. Blend for 30 secs - 1 min.

Pour your foamy delight to serve and add your dash of Cinnamon or Cardamom or Nutmeg. Add a couple drops of Toffee Stevia for sweetness if desired. + 

Meat and Veggie Marinade

1 Tablespoon Healing Turmeric Honey

1/2 CUP Sesame Oil ~ toasted is best

1/2 Lemon, squeezed

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Alternative (Bragg's Liquid Aminos)

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar

1-2 Tablespoons Fresh grated Ginger

Whisk ingredients together. Add Chili oil to taste.

Makes about 1 CUP

Pour over meat or veggies and let sit for 20 mins before cooking.


Electric Nettles juice!

For those times when you need a serious pick-me-up; this drink will clean your system, restore & rejuvenate and deeply nourish you!

3-4 Handfuls of FRESH Nettles (at least)

1/2 CUP - 1 CUP Cranberry juice concentrate (smaller bottle, more powerful, less sugar!)

2-3 Handfuls of ICE

1 CUP water, more as needed

BLEND ON HIGH for at least 2 minutes. Make sure those Nettles are ground up nice!

Pour, Serve, FEEL THE ELECTRICITY!
